Hopes Program

Service Philosophy
To promote health, independence and success for children and families, through support and education in a safe and nurturing environment. HOPES staff empowers families to utilize their strengths in order to meet their needs.

Early Head Start

Early Head Start provides early, continuous, intensive, and comprehensive child development and family support services to low-income infants and toddlers and their families, and pregnant women and their families.

Maternal Health Program

Maternal health is available to all expectant women that are also eligible for the WIC program. Maternal health provides support and education from a registered nurse on all aspects of pregnancy including proper prenatal care, fetal development, labor and delivery. Oral care needs will be addressed by a dental hygienist. Nutritional education offered by a dietician. Social and emotional well-being by a social worker. We also offer breast feeding educator by a breast feeding educator on staff who is available to answer all of your breastfeeding questions.

Elderly Waiver Case Management

The Elderly Waiver Program provides service funding and individualized support to maintain eligible members in their own homes or communities who would otherwise require care in medical institution.
